#Bringbackourgirls NOLLYWOOD's REACTION

Pictures from twitter and instagram

As I sat at a salon on thursday, getting a free pedicure and enjoying free lunch from one of the best artistes I have heard, I could hear cleary the conversation that the pedicurists and hairstylists were having. They all shared what they have heard about the kidnapping of over 200 girls school girls in Borno, Nigeria.
The whole twitter community has noticed the trending topic #bringourgirlsback.
People are awaiting response from the officials and nothing has been said so far.
International artistes have also started to notice and have tweeted in support of Nigerian activists. Artistes like Keri Hilson, Mary J Blige and Pierce Morgan have all commented on the issue.

Nollywood's Stella Damasus, also spoke her mind:

HAPPY WORKERS DAY NIGERIA!

Its May Day! One of my favorite anniversaries as a child. It came up once a year and meant my family had to spend a day together. It was a good enough day for us to be together as a family as long as it didn't last more than 24 hours.

This day means a lot to different people: for kids; it means a day away from school to play, for teens; its a day to be on your best behavior, for mum and dad; its a day to rest even if they don't really do that.
