How To Recover After Over Eating.




You ate that Cake! You enjoyed every slice of it even though your mind kept telling you not to. When you were offered that cake, you told yourself you were only going to have a little bit but that wasn't a little bit was it?

Wondering how I found out? Because I am just like you.
Theres no point beating yourself up after binge eating. It has happened! Move on! The next thing to do is get rid of the extra fat.

After a binge, it is important to not focus all your energy on feeling sorry for yourself when you can do something better.

I am going to highlight some very important things to do after you have eaten too much and you feel like you have added 10extra pounds in just one day.

1. Drink some water.
Have a bottle of water and take sips on interval. This will help to increase you metabolism a notch.

2. Take a walk.
Walking is a form of exercise. Walking helps burn some extra calories, dont walk too fast if you are bloated. That wont end well, just take a step at a time. If you work in an office, ignore the lift and take the stairs, try as much as possible to be on your feet a lot. A LOT!

3. Do some basic Pilates exercise.
Pilates are the best! They not only help you lose weight, They also make you look incredibly hot. You don't have to register at a gym or pay for a trainer. Simply search Pilates on Google and you will find online 3 minutes videos that can be done at your own convenience, no equipment needed.

4. Go on a juice diet the next day.
That sounds difficult I know. If you cant do without eating something in a day, you can eat some fruits and vegetables, you can also strictly ration your meal throughout the day. Juice diet involve having a lot of tea, water, juice, smoothies, anything that can supplement you for a day. I especially love the juice diet because, my body still gets essential nutrients and vitamins without making me feel like a fat blub.

5. Track whatever you eat.
There are a lot of apps that you can use to count calories before eating anything, myfitnesspal is a favorite because you can find all sorts of Nigerian meals on it, you can also download it on your mobile devices and take it with you wherever you go.

It is very important to have a meal plan ahead of you day, this will drastically reduce junk eating during the day.
