STAR FOOD OF THE WEEK: TURKEY




Nutritional Benefits of turkey include:

1.       Turkey gives you 65 percent of your recommended daily intake of protein
2.       Turkey contains selenium which helps your antioxidant defense system to prevent cancer
3.       Turkey is rich in vitamins  B3 and B6 
4.       It has less saturated fats


  • In this meal plan, I had the skin peeled off my turkey, to further reduce the fat contents.
