MY MEAL PLAN


In order to get the most stress free result, I decided to be more specific about my food contents, and ingredients, trying to avoid cholesterol, sodium, and sugar. also, I am using the portion control method and what helps get over cravings the most, are fruits, granola bars, and lots of water. Therefore, I hardly have to count calories. I already did that while shopping for ingredients.

each week, i have decided to pick a star item of food for the week. yo will find this item recurring daily in my diet. this constant changing of key items also helps boost the body metabolism.

This is the most fun diet ever!
because you can explore different kinds of things you can easily get around Lagos.


Key things to take note in my meal plan

1. when I say drink water, I mean drink super chilled water unless you have cold and catarrh, or you have some other kind of medical condition. The reason being that the body burns some energy in warming up the cold water or smoothies.


2. whether I forgot to write it or not, always make it a habit of taking fruits along with whatever meal. It helps you feel full faster, and also, the fruit will give you part of your daily vitamin c requirement. Vitamin c is extremely essential for you, and unfortunately, we human beings don’t generate vitamin c not even in the tiniest quantity.

In my meal plan, you may find some food items that seem uncommon. Not to worry, all items are easy to get, and the preparation methods are quite simple. The reason I chose to do this is not because I want to feel like Americana, but because I want to shock my body metabolism system, by not giving it the foods that its already used to. This sudden change yields quick visible results.

Along with my meal plans, I will give yo the recipes, and each food has its own post on mode of preparation, so you can easily whip up nutritious heaven for yourself… and drop those ponds.

I'm not a cook. I'm just a lady trying to be healthy. also, I'm not a big fan of cooking for hours so, be rest assured, most of these meals are quick and easy to prepare.
